Jean León

Partner

Jean brings a rare blend of global expertise and adaptability, offering clients new investment avenues amid shifting financial and political landscapes. After a decade as a bodyguard, he transitioned to shrimp farming in Ecuador in the late ’90s and then pivoted in 2000 to real estate, quickly advancing to lead the real estate department at a prominent Parisian family office.

In 2008, Jean relocated to Miami, where he managed the acquisition and restoration of over 100 foreclosed properties for Swiss, Moroccan and French private funds. Afterward, he embarked on a year-long family sailing journey through the Caribbean, deepening his cross- cultural understanding.

By 2011, he turned his focus to rural residential projects in Panama, crafting unique investment opportunities in nature-centered communities for international clients. As more European and North American families sought secure, natural environments during the pandemic, his expertise proved invaluable.

As global financial and political uncertainties increasingly impact traditional markets, Jean has leveraged his expertise to expand into Paraguay, positioning his ventures to offer partners and clients resilient, high-potential and affordable investments in a burgeoning market. With a rich history of welcoming foreigners, Paraguay presents unique opportunities for investors and families seeking growth, security, and quality of life within an affordable, stable and nature-centered community.

Fluent in Spanish, French, and English, Jean communicates seamlessly across cultures, fostering partnerships that support a shared vision for a healthy, free and prosperous society designed to endure for generations.
